If you’re anything like me, comfort is a definite prerequisite for any style trend worth getting in on.  Because I lead an active life, my clothes can’t just look good on me…they have to feel good as well.  I’m also a big fan of the multi purpose garment. One of my favorite styles that fulfills all of my fashion needs is the legging.  Once thought of as part of the 80′s style revival, this form fitting trend has become a staple in many wardrobes, especially mine.  Three Dots and Splendid both have a great selection of leggings that vary from cropped to full length with a variety of stretchy fabrications  that do everything from smooth and contour your body’s silhouette to keep you comfortable and casual around town.  They’re great to work out in, sleep in, and even wear as a much needed second layer in colder months and under tunics or dresses.  I like to wear mine on long flights or pair them with heels for a night out.
